Winn	Joyce	All Joyce customers	This is an important message from Utilities of Louisiana. We are issuing a Boil Water Notice for: Joyce. Our team is working to restore service as quickly as possible. Immediately after the repair, we will be flushing the water lines. Water for drinking or cooking should be vigorously boiled for at least two full minutes.
